Rajib
did his Masters of Business Administration from Kathmandu University School of
Management, Nepal. He scored CGPA 3.74, magna cum laude and
got himself listed in Dean's list thrice with more than 3.9 GPA. Rajib did
Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from
Karnatak University, India, in 1994. He has received several short and long trainings
particularly in the area of digital networking, Team Building and
Team Leadership, Project Planning and Conflict Resolution. Rajib
believes in continuous learning and hopes to pursue PhD in his area of
interest/work.
He has been
involved in capacity building, teaching, training, technology management, research
and publications since 1994. He works as a Communication Engineer in the government service and have more than a decade of
experience in Radio Communication sector. He loves to teach and is currently involve
with Kathmandu University School of Management.
His field of interest are MIS, E-Commerce, Organizational Behavior and HRM. He
worked with the United Nations Mission in Kosovo as an Instructor/Team Leader
for one year. He started Cyber Post and
have many articles to his credit. He has been involved as a Consultant to
different national and international agencies.
He has done several research projects for different national and international agencies
and most of his researches are published.
Several of his reports and articles are published in different national and
international journal and media. He has presented some of his reports in
different national and international forums. His report on IT-HRD and some
articles in ICT have been been listed by Department of Communication at the
University of Washington. Click

Community involvement is his passion and served with different agencies. Believing
in social responsibility he is personally funding more than 15 primary school children
in Nava Jagrity School which was established by the slum dwellers of Boudha,
Kathmandu.

Rajib
invited Prof. Kenneth Keniston, USA and Prof. Kishi Naoto, Japan, to
visit Nepal to take part in the IT Conference 2001. Prof. Keniston delivered
a keynote speech during the inaugural session and Prof. Naoto presented a
paper (during the technical session) which was later published in the ICT
Journal.
